My latest research involves Magnesium oil. Here is what I found out and why I made it, Magnesium is needed for over 300 biochemical reactions in the body with 50% of them found in the bone.
Magnesium needed for overall health and most people are deficient due to our depleted soil for crops.
Magnesium is readily absorbed through the skin rather than taken in supplement form.
If you are stressed, crave chocolate, get leg cramps or headaches, insomnia, it may be worth a try.
Ingredients in the Magnesium oil: Distilled water, Pure Magnesium Chloride flakes from The Ancient Zechstein Seabed. It is called oil because it feels slightly oily on the skin, but it is mixed with water, not oil.
To use: Spray 8-10 times on feet, let dry and either wash off or leave on overnight and shower the next morning. Some have noticed a slight stinging sensation. That means you are deficient and the stinging should let up when the required Magnesium level is reached. If it does not stop after a few times, water it down or discontinue use.
Keep away from eyes and children, wash hands after use.
One (1) 4 ounce fine mist spray bottle
I did not take a picture yet, it is the same exact bottle as in the picture.
